Therefore communication with colleagues becomes a sportive, inspired activity. Also memorizing gets more focused. We really don't need a feeling of mountains of work, that we have to work on at the same time.
Effective tickets - Do what's relevant right now.
If we do what's relevant right now, then we actively choose not the bother with irrelevant stuff. We don't need to think of it, we don't need to work on it. Usually we then see, how much of the work gets rewarded and how much we saved. Remember: 20% of the efforts produce 80% of the result.

How do you achieve the goals?
The ticket system embraces good practices and hempers bad ones. Step by step, feedback statements as well as suggestions guide the way on a journey to better workload management.
Can I test in advance?
Yes. There will be a test project available.
Do I need to know Agile frameworks?
No. However those familiar with agile methodologies will get the hang of it and likely appreciate the underlying concepts. It is also highly recommended to complement the use of the ticekts system with meetings and artefacts and agile practices in preparation as well as in documentation. Good communication should always be favour over the use of tools.
What is the cost of it?
Don't worry. We will leave competitors behind. We arrange costs individually.
What's your business model?
Defined by an individual agreement a minor fee will cover our costs. It is really not about making lots of money and therefore we don't sell any of the data that belongs to you.
Why should I favour this product?
Well, we never claimed aaa-tickets to be a one fits all solution that replaces many of other tools. Instead it is meant to accomodate. For instance, we highly recommend that you use better tools for specific purposes, such as brain storming, and drag the results from there into this app. Once you know what to do, you come here and get to know how to work on it.
What is the purpose of the app?
AAA-Tickets helps and facilitates a good workload managenement. The history of projectmanagment has tought us, that we need better feedback from the tools we use. We also learned that tools, tend to require lots of training. AAA-Tickets answers to this.
Is it going to replace my product owner, scrum master and project manager?
It is highly unlikely that tools likely this will completely eliminate this kind of human work. We rather expect to help and automate the tideous part of the work that should be a no brainer and which appeared to cause struggles to re-enforce. In other words: it makes life a little easier, for everyone who works on a project, regardless of the structure and personel.
